Yes. Brooks Behavioral Health offers both in-person and telehealth appointments.
No. This practice does not accept insurance.
The current fee is $200 per visit.
Monthly visits are required to maintain continuity of care.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, full payment is expected.
Documentation will be provided prior to the appointment and should be completed before the visit.
Care is provided across the lifespan.
