Krista Brooks is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping patients feel supported throughout their mental health journey. Her practice is built on clarity, continuity, and a treatment approach that respects both the individual and the realities of daily life.

Krista specializes in treating mood disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, sleep problems, and ADHD. She earned her MSN in PMHNP from Walden University and fulfilled her goal of becoming a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner twenty years after beginning her medical career as a nursing assistant.
Her calling has always been to help people. She remains committed to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health while providing care that is respectful, compassionate, and focused on meaningful improvement.
